Well, that's got be some record for the longest time a site can remain alive
without actually being updated. I apologise to all of the visitors to the site
over the past 18 months for the lack of new information, and I especially wish
to apologise to all the musicians who have contacted me over the past year and
a bit--I haven't forgotten you all.
Many things, both good and bad, have happened since the last visible activity
on this site last year. The site has moved to a new server, a dedicated machine
with more resources, and has changed hosting sponsors. The change in host and
server is linked closely with my own change in employment. Hopefully life will
improve from here and I can get things back onto a more regular schedule.
Still lots of things to do, such as forms for submitting updates and corrections,
actually applying the backlog of updates(!), Yet Another Site Restructure(tm),
dragooning some people into assisting, and continuing the rollout of the free
hosting service for blues bands.
Fingers crossed, maybe I'll make this work yet.
Oh yeah, the search is busted again. Maybe someone noticed that. It's on the
list of things to do, and pretty high up, too.
